Only lotion on our skin especially if you live in the colder parts of the US, our skin gets very dry in the winter, I don't know any of us who put grease on their scalp I use lotion on my body but nothing on my scalp. My hair is too oily to put anything on it. But my skin is extra dry all the time. Some do, some don't. I take it that you are not white.
