i washed my duvet and pillow cover and today i woke up with a red spot again after id just manged to get rid of some....could it be my washing up powder im using.....i use bio 2in1....is there any washing up powder used in washing machines that i can use that is good for sensitive skin thanks

Answer:

absolutely, switch to a non bio like fairy and use something like comfort pure its the gentlest there is. Yes if your hands are in it for a while not usual to effect when washed Try using a Non-Bio, that's what's recommended for babies and there's no more sensitive skin than that!! I have always had this problem as I have very sensitive skin & eczema.

The only washing powder that I can use is Bold.

Good Luck in trying to find one that suits your skin! I have very sensitive skin and the slightest thing can bring me out in a rash. I never ever use biological washing powder. I always use Fairy Non Bio Washing Powder. You can also get it in liquid form if you prefer. I used to have a nightmare with itchy skin from washing powders! I now use Surcare, which is non-biological as this is known to cause irritation. Change over, give it a few weeks and I hope it gets better for you. I know what its like to scratch yourself raw from it. Washing powder can certainly effect skin and cause rashes. There are products for sensitive skins like ecover and surcare. Also, make sure, you don't overload the machine (or use too much powder), in order that the fabrics get a good rinsing - it's worth running the 'extra rinse' function to get all the detergent/chemicals out. had same problem in pass ,i use bold that seem fine for us but everone skin different ,just try the baby one first cant remember the name ,got picture off baby think it could be called lux Try the Sure care range or similar range.

Also you good try using pure soap flakes.

You can both at any supermarket. Just the one spot! your lucky i looked like buzz lightyear when i used surf yes its soap powder, try fairy non bio Yes it can my sister`s family cant use a famous washing powder

,Why don't you try the liquid or the gel capsules
