Answer:Extended use of a sauna can help, but it depends on a person diet, and other factors. if you do not have control over other elements the sauna will not help much. just spend a bunch of time in there it cures EVERYTHING I love saunas Sauna will "ripen" your acne fast. However if your body is of the fire nature (you get heaty easily), the acne problem will worsen. |
