  Answer:

no it does not cause asthma but drinking cold water will trigger your internal organs to work harder therefore this may cause an onset of coughing and spluttering... no no... I've never heard that one before.....how cold is cold? It doesn't CAUSE asthma, but in theory, someone who already has severe asthma might trigger an attack by drinking a cold drink...just like any shock to the system could do. No, but allergies do! If you get asthma you should ask your doctor to do an allergy test. Asthma can be dangerous, so have it checked out and do something to avoid those allergents, which can be anything from house dust to food. REALLY NOT DIRECTLY. HOWEVER WHEN THERE IS TOO MUCH OF INTAKE OF COLD FLUID THE BODY WILL HAVE TO CONSUME ITS OWN INTERNAL ENERGY YO BRING THE TEMPERATURE TO ACCEPTABLE LEVEL. THIS LOSS OF INTERNAL ENERGY WILL DECREASE THE BODY RESISTANCE AND THEN YOU CAN EASILY BECOME SENSITIVE TO ALLERGENS AND CONTACT ASTHMA nope it does not. i've been asthmatic most of my life and cold drinks do NOT cause asthma. your body has to use extra energy to bring your body heat up to normal if the drink is very very cold

(don't listen to what the general public tell you......find out from your doctor to see if they can/will diagnose you with asthma!) Depends

Cold air is a trigger for me.
