anythin grease based will not help. Im not sure what drawing salve is but salve is usally grease based. I don't know what that is, but Neutrogena Face Lotion really helps get rid of pimples. I just saw this on the red carpet preparations. Use toothpaste rubbed on this helps. Also I heard Visine takes the red out. The best advise I can give you to not get pimples is to never touch your face with your hands if you have sweat or an itch use a tissue this prevents the bacteria from getting in your pours in the first place.
