lasts about 10 seconds and then goes away. It comes back now and again. Does anyone know about this?

Are you tired? Or taking any medications? When I am beyond tired I get the twitchys and it makes me paranoid that someone saw it. :) i get that 2!!! but i have no idea what it is sorry! mayb tired or need an eye check up with opticians Yes is normally indicates tiredness, irritation or staring at a computer screen/TV for too long without breaks yeah i get that sometimes when im tired..its annoying but it goes away..nothing to worry about just a muscle in your eye...try getting some extra sleep and you'll be alright nothing to worry about I have it once in awhile. I wish I could tell you what causes it. Sometimes it drives me crazy. Yep! I get them when I'm nervous about something or anxious; I konw a lot of people get them for the same reason =) I get that too. It's usually a sign of tiredness. Yes, I do or have done in the past. I think it's stress related. When stress goes away so will the twitch. I get it quite often as do many ohters I know, dunno what causes it though sorry I get it from time to time too. Someone told me it's from being tired but I don't really know for sure. It can be caused by tiredness - its perfectly normal and a balanced diet and a good nights sleep without spending hours in front of a screen helps. Yes it's very common and happens a lot you can get it anywhere on your body, Nothing to worry about .
