Because I want to know what symptoms you have got or had, or if you know anybody who has got it or had it what symptoms did they get? I need to know. And how consistant was the symptomes, was it of and on.

Answer:

My dad had it. Unfortunately he discovered it too late and didn't recover. He had symptoms but he and the doctor treated it as other illnesses and taking medications. If you have early symptoms talk to your GP about it. Make sure the Dr is someone you can really trust.

Symptoms:

1. Blood or mucus in the faeces

2. An unexpected change in bowel habit (for example diarrhoea or constipation for no obvious reason)

3. Pain and/or swelling in the lower abdomen

4. Constant tiredness

5. Weakness and paleness. I knew two people who had colon cancer. One, a man, had constipation for around six weeks, he took laxatives that worked at first then did not. The other a woman at work, she had bowel movements like rabbit droppings on and off for a couple of months, she was trying natural therapies to help that but eventually went ot the doctor and was diagnosed. Neither of them had any bleeding or pain to speak of. Symptoms: weight loss; itching; night seats; swollen lymph node at base of neck. I was treated with chemo and radiation.

I had Lymphoma.

You will find her as mad as we did!! My answer is that one of the symptoms of bowel cancer is bleeding. You say in a post from 3 days ago it was ruled out and if one goes through your posts you also say "I almost died in my mothers arms last saturday before I was healed as I was gasping for air, and no I do not have asthma, it was spreading to my lungs, and I was pale as a ghost, and almost on my last legs" but yet this same day you were on ByeDR.com and in your other post under general diseases & conditions you say they have ruled out bowel cancer. Many also receive hate mail from you.
