to get rid of black head's, i have never had them before and i dont no what causes them, Answer:They're just clogged pores. It has nothing to do with what you eat. They're not caused by chocolate, and it's not just teenagers who have them, some people always have them. They don't even have anything to do with being dirty or oily, they're just something that some people have to deal with. There are a couple of things that help reduce them. Use a good, neutral soap-free face wash, like Purpose, and lather it on longer than you usually do. Most people just slap it on and rinse it off. You should keep it on your face for a full minute, so it can get into the pores and clear them out. A clay mask can help draw out some of the clog and shrink up the pores, and those little Biore strips really do help pull the blackheads out. Be sure to use oil free moisturizer, and don't be too skimpy with it. Keeping your skin moisturized means it has to produce less oil to stay lubricated. But don't squeeze! And don't use body soap, or any other really drying cleanser on your face, or eventually your skin will start producing more oil to compensate, and it will actually get worse. Their caused by oil and dirt getting into pores. Neutrogena has some excellent products that specifically target the problem. Eating alot of chocloate causes it when you're young, plus if your a teen you will just need to deal with it. Try cleaning your face alot, as much as possible, plus put on Noxema on your face alot if you want to avoid getting them in the future, it's the best way to not get them. They are simply caused from having oily skin. Washing more frequently may help you to reduce the oil on your epidermis - This is more common when you are young verses when you are older. |
