I feel terrible with a sore throat, bad headache and stuffy nose. I just want to share with people who may be feeling like crapola too! Answer:I've gotten worse the last couple of days. What helps is the saline nasal RINSE (not a spray) A full warm water saline rinse goes in one nostril and out the other. It draws out all the gunk and shrinks the tissue (like swimming in the ocean). The buffered salt doesn't 'sting' as much as plain salt water. You can use a new method like Nasopure, or the vintage, Netipot. The special bottle and salt is about $20. You can do this a often as you like with no bad side effects. I am very clear after this. You don鈥檛 need a prescription for this therapy. So if you live in a state like mine, they鈥檝e pretty much 鈥渙utlawed鈥?sudafed medicine. Drug-free is really the way to go on a frequent-use basis. no shitno and never wish to....... get well.............. no but i just go over one nope Nope neither of them. yes i have a cold since september on and off and recently went to the doctors and he did nothing just gave me a bill of 270 sucks to be sick right well get well soon and lets hope this epidemic of colds will end soon |
