I get about 7 1/2 to as least 9 hours of sleep every night and I still have dark circles under my eyes. I don't take any kind of medicine and I fell 100 % normal. But there are still circles under my eyes they aren't so bad but if you look at me about a foot away it looks like I have lost some sleep. It鈥檚 been this way for a while and I don't know if there is something wrong with me, I guess I could be over reacting but it鈥檚 kind of scaring me Answer:genetics Allergies cause dark circles for me. Try putting fresh cucumbers on your eyes, or a wet towel on them I have had the same problem for years I was born with dark circles, and theres nothing you can really do about it unless you're willing to spend hundreds on creams that barely work. I just use thick concealer. don't worry, I'm like that too maybe the skin under your eyes is really thin so the veins are visible I'm actually not sure why there may be some products that decrease dark circles or you could just add a dab of foundation under each eye i have them i think its heritary cuz my mom has them oh well ill just take advantage of it and be goth then what you eat is not healthy enough. chew more when you eat, and eat more greens and fruits Dark circles under the eyes are usually because the skin under the eye is much thinner with little fat padding there so the underlying blood vessels are more visible, thus tinting the skin a bluish color. It's more often noticed in fair haired/fair skinned people. It does seem to be more prominant in some people when they are sick or feeling ill because their skin becomes paler than usual at those times, so the contrast is more evident. Since you get enough sleep and said you feel fine, I wouldn't worry about it, it's just the way your skin is. If it bothers you, there are many types of cover-up make up products out there to lessen the appearance. Good luck! Sinus problems can contribute and Pollution if you live in heavily populated area with lots of traffic.Sitting at a computer for hours everyday and tv can also do it. But winter is soon passing and you will get sun which will help. I'm sorry to say there is nothing you can do its all genetics. I have the same issue thanks to my dad. Don't worry your fine if your that worried about it you can see your doctor for a facial cream Hi! I don't think you have to worry about it, have you tried using "Dark Circles Fading Formula" |
