I have been really stressed lately and I woke uo with a huge cold sore then I got another one. If you know any fast acting ways to get rid of them please tell me.

Abreva works good. It's about $16 over the counter at Walgreen's. polysporin is pretty good Buy a bottle of L Lysine at the drug store and start taking it. It works well when you take it when you first get a symptom. It is in the vitamin ares. Good luck. blistex is good on cold sores sadly there is no fast cure I get them often also from stress but there is a pill u can get from your doctor that u can take to prevent getting them once there gone tho ok... My whole family swears by this, as soon as you can feel you are getting a cold sore, take a clove of garlic, cut one end of it, and rub it on the cold sore, or just hold it there, for about 15 minutes morning and night. I know its smelly, but it works!
