Call an ambulance. You're experiencing some type of psychotic event. The ambulance will not mind whatsoever to take you to the E.R.

In the meantime, you might want to try atihistamines such as Benadryl and for relief of itching, get hold of some calamine lotion.

Most importantly, get to a doctor...NOW! Go to the ER! Call your local police to get a ride if necessary. For simple remedy, bathe yourself in oatmeal. It soothes the body. Find a way to go to the ER. Ok, I'm not sure about the two songs in your head but they aren't doing a lot to distract you.

Try this. It can take time, if you do it yourself but it will be worth it. It is highly possible that you are allergic to something. IT could be anything from your shampoo and conditioner, to the lotion you are using, to the washing powder etc.

Systematically remove all detergents from your life. Then gradually, one at a time, reintroduce them to see if they have any effect. In the meantime, to wash with, you can buy medicinal alcohol based products like aquasept and coal tar shampoo. It doesn't sound nice but they should not affect your skin in any way.
