That is not true, unless you are a chronic smoker or coffee drinker Nope. I used them before I had braces and while I had braces i brushed really well. When I got my braces off my teeth were still really white. As long as you keep up with good dental hygine like brushing regularly, flossing and swishing with mouth wash you'll be fine! =) No. Your teeth will "bounce back" somewhat and collect some stains over time. They won't stay as white as when you first used the strips, but there is nothing in the strips that will cause your teeth to get any darker than their original color. They should stay pretty white for several months without you having to constantly keep bleaching.
