I am only 13 and i heard once you grow your molars at around 5 that your molars never come out or fall out like your regular teeth do. Is it true?

Answer:

"The majority of us have most of our permanent (adult) teeth by age 13, followed by our wisdom teeth (third molars), which usually push their way through the gums between ages 17 and 21. One or more of the four wisdom teeth never form in some people, however" teeth are strange my friend is 23 and just lost a front baby tooth with no permanent one to replace it and has another one on the other side and no tooth to replace it either. My sister had only two wisdom teeth. So you never know. According to the dentists that I have seen in the past, no, your molars do not ever naturally fall out normally. Once you have a molar grow in it will be a permanent tooth. As far as I know, the only ways to loose molars is either by a dentist pulling it, or loosing it due to a sever blow to the mouth (ouch!!). I do not believe that you get your back molars until you are in your young teen years and into early adulthood, but I could be wrong on that aspect. Your baby molars that came in by age 3 fall out

by age 12 or so. At age 6, you get new molars

further back that are not replacements to the baby

molars. Then at around 12 you get your 2nd set of

permanent molars.

20 baby teeth will fall out and that includes baby molars.

32 permanent teeth start erupting around age 6. Obviously

this means you get 12 additional teeth in addition to the

20 baby you replace.
